SANDY FELLER
DIRECTOR AND COACH
Sandy had been coaching for 13 years. She began with Horning Dance Team, created Butler Dance Team and then created Waukesha Xtreme Dance in 2013.
Waukesha Xtreme Dance is a non profit dance company in the Waukesha area and provides dance to all children K3-8th grade.
Sandy created this organization to give children a positive environment, great self esteem, great role models for their community and most important, a love for dance.

Lorelei Metzger
HEAD OF COACHING OPERATIONS
Lorelei has been dancing since she was six years old and began competing on our very own Elite Team.
She went on to dance on her high school varsity dance team and began coaching for Xtreme when she was 16 years old. She has been with us now for 5 years.
Her favorite styles of dance are pom and hip hop.
Lorelei is completing her college studies in Hawai'i where she is assisting and coaching at a local dance academy.

AVALON GERDMAN
HEAD COACH/CHOREOGRAPHER
I am Avalon Gerdman. I am currently enrolled at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, going for my Business Accounting degree. I have competitively danced my whole life, am a choreographer, and certified WACPC judge.
Avalon was a member of Pewaukee Varsity Dance all 4 years. Most recently danced at Dollhouse Dance Factory. With them, she has won worlds twice and in total has taken home 5 globs. She was also a part of the 1st ever USA Jr. National Hip Hop Team and won gold for our country.

ALEXIS SMITH
HEAD COACH/CHOREOGRAPHER
I am Lexi Smith. I have been dancing for 13 years and I'm currently a firefighter/EMT, and in college to become a paramedic.
I started dancing in 1st grade at Liberty Dance Center. Where I helped coach 2-3 y/o dance classes. I then moved on to dance Varsity at Waukesha North. There I helped coach the Junior team as well. I am so excited to be back dancing again.
I look forward to spreading my knowledge with future and aspiring dancers!

OLIVIA PERUGINI
HEAD COACH/CHOREOGRAPHER
I am Olivia Perugini! I graduated from Waukesha North this past year, and am looking forward to starting cosmetology school in the spring!
I started dancing when I was three years old. I was a competitive dancer at Studio One Dance Co for 5 years until high school, in which I danced Varsity.
I am looking forward to perfecting routines that the girls love and look forward to while training them to be the best that they can be.
